Hi,
I want to bring attention of higher Management of HP. I had purchased the Pavilion laptop from local HP store in delhi. So July end would be the end of 1 Year Warranty. i wanted to buy a extended warranty for my laptop. So I called customer support at: 18001084747, there upon I received a quotation from ARM Infoserve (I) Pvt. Ltd. of ruppees 8000 rupees, I had a suspicion about the quotation and company name, this is obvious suspicion because hpshopping has lot of care packs and why would customer support redirect the sales to another company. well i contacted again and customer support gave me direct mobile number of a person who is again from the same Arm Inforserve company. if you go to reviews then this comapny is not trust worthy. so i tried the chat option with the Hpshopping. this time a representtative gave me hpshopping url below:
https://www.hpshopping.in/hp-2-year-3-day-onsite-notebook-service-un006e.html?utm_source=insidechat
I am sure this is some fraud going on with in the sales team. I want a answer and acknowledgment.
