Free Microsoft Office Subscription

Hello,

I recently purchased a HP laptop which offered a free 12m subscription to Microsoft Office. When setting up, I accidentally logged into an existing Office account which had an expired subscription.

I now seem to be unable to access the free subscription, it's just asking me to purchase an extension? Please can someone help.

Sorry, but NO.  This is purely a Microsoft issue as they manage the subscriptions and licenses and we can do nothing about those.  You would have to contact Microsoft to get this straightened out.
