Hey guys, hope you are well.

 

About 4 days ago I contacted you guys about a freezing problem I was experiencing on my laptop each time I video called or used my webcam. I was advised to installed a Bios Update on my device, which I did, and the problem seemed to be gone, then yesterday, I video called and the problem seems to have come back. Do you have anything else I can try

<Windows Update> also updates your device drivers. That is the reason why it does not work after some time.

 

You can

(1) exclude a specific device from Windows driver updates or

(2) turn off driver updates for all devices.

I would recommend (2).
