Hi@Dragonflyxxx,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the graphics driver on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you download and install the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp61501-62000/sp61715.exe

If you continue facing the issue, then update the BIOS from the below link and check.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77501-78000/sp77532.exe

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Thank you so much for your answer. But unfortunately it keeps saying. AMD catalyst control center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using AMD catalyst control center 🤦‍♂️😭

Hi@Dragonflyxxx,

Try uninstalling the Display drivers from the driver's form devices manager and restart the notenotebook.

We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the installing the printer to your computer .hence the Operating system is obsolete its end of support Life
