none of my problems have been solved to be honest with you. but right now imma need to know one thing. is my laptop capable of limiting its charging to 80%? i checked it from the bios setup after googling about it but the battery options in there is limited to enabling and disabling only. i left my laptop charging for a few hours and it went fully charged to 100%. i normally plug it out around 75-80% but i fell asleep and that how it happened. i immediately touched my keyboard and it felt a little warmer than usual. cant blame it on the clock speed either cos i have my maximum processor state watered down to 99%. its kinda frustrating that i always get these "typical troubleshooting procedures" as a tip which i most likely have done before i consulted an expert about it or even the manufacturer themself.
