Have you received any response from Garmin or HP regarding Nuvi to HP USB problem? Ever get it to connect?

No response from either Garmin or HP on this problem.

I found a work-around was to use a powered USB hub and was able to establish comms between the Garmin and HP and sucessfully complted my updates.
