Hi, I recently purchased an HP15  laptop which is a windows 11 from a local dealer.  It is an 8GB RAM laptop.  I doubt whether it is a new laptop or a refurbished one.  How to ascertain it? Also, how can I get details such as manufacturing date, MRP,  etc.

Please edit your link and remove its serial number and do not post it on internet.

I don't think retailer can make a laptop with Windows 11.  You can use its serial number to work out when it was manufactured.

For the serial number, normally the 4th, 5th, and 6th characters to reference when the product was built. The first character is the year date (Y) and the next two (WW), the week in that year it was made.

In your case, machine was built on year 2001 week 29 or from 19/07/2021 to 25/07/2012

Regards.
