Product: HP Laptop 14s-dk1098AU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP laptop 14s-dk1098AU running windows 10 home, was recently not used for 2 weeks. Previously no issues but 3 days ago when we turned it on for schooling, google chrome not opening at all. The screen does a little glitch when you try & open it. There is no error message. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the program several times. I also get a little glitch when I try & open the HP community support centre & it doesn't open either. I have run all the HP diagnostics that are inbuilt & also ran a disc cleaner. I've checked that Google chrome is allowed through the windows firewall.

Can anyone help?
