"You are looking at it".
If your intent is to ask about "how to write a review that people will read or watch", use the many, many examples you find on the Internet. The very best reviews are those that are easy to understand and include highlights, examples, and pictures. Some people prefer videos and have no patience for the written word. Know your audience.
If you are asking how to leave a review here -- you can leave a message of the type you have just posted.
What does that mean?
Our Community is not a blog site -- there is no "review this" board and no way to gather credit for posting your opinion.
We are primarily a community forum dedicated to helping each other how-to questions and / or issues with HP products.
That said, comments are welcome as long as you adhere to the HP Community - Rules of Participation
Some general ideas...
The Community is not a place to start your own opinion pole.
What does that mean?
Do not solicit the opinions of others -- group behavior of this type tends to devolve into a shooting contest - threads can end up moderated or even locked / removed.
Do not provide ANY private information -- we are a public resource.
Do not use any language you would not use in church -- we are a family friendly forum.

We are not HP Sales or HP Support -- asking here seemed that you wanted information about our HP Community.
Go to the website where you purchased the computer.
The following is a guess - I have not done what you are asking.
For example, if you purchased the device at the Store,
Go to the website,
If needful, change the Region to your own (click flag at bottom of page and select region),
Sign in with the account you used to make the purchase,
Check at the product page for the device you purchased.
If the Review area is not open to you or it does not make sense, check with the Customer Service department.
