@IOANNIS77, Thanks for the follow-up and the screenshot, it really helps clarify the issue. Based on what you've shared, it looks like you're dealing with UI scaling problems in legacy or non-DPI-aware applications like EaseUS Todo Backup and certain Windows system dialogs (e.g., Device Manager context menus). These apps often don’t respond well to standard Windows scaling settings, which is why the text remains tiny even after adjusting display settings.
Here are advanced steps that should help:
Override High DPI Scaling Behavior for Specific Apps
This is especially useful for older apps like EaseUS Todo Backup.
- Right-click the app shortcut or .exe file (e.g., EaseUS Todo Backup).
- Select Properties → go to the Compatibility tab.
- Click Change high DPI settings.
- Under High DPI scaling override, check Override high DPI scaling behavior.
- Set it to System (Enhanced) or System.
- Click OK and restart the app.
This forces Windows to scale the app more effectively.
Enable System-Wide DPI Compatibility Mode
For system dialogs like Device Manager, you can try enabling legacy scaling mode:
- Open Settings → System → Display.
- Scroll down and click Advanced scaling settings.
- Enable Let Windows try to fix apps so they’re not blurry.
- Restart your PC.
Use Magnifier Tool for Temporary Zoom
If some dialogs still appear tiny:
- Press Windows key + Plus (+) to launch Magnifier.
- Use Ctrl + Alt + D to dock it at the top of the screen.
- This helps zoom into small text temporarily.
I hope this helps!

@IOANNIS77, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble reading the text on your screen and want to make the letters and windows larger and easier to read. Let's walk through a few simple steps to improve readability in Windows:
Option 1: Change Text Size (Recommended for Apps and Programs)
- Right-click on your desktop and select Display settings.
- Scroll down to Scale and layout.
- Under "Change the size of text, apps, and other items", select a higher percentage like 125% or 150%.
- Windows will apply the changes automatically. You may need to sign out and sign back in for some apps to adjust properly.
Option 2: Use Ease of Access Settings
- Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
- Go to Accessibility (or Ease of Access in older versions).
- Select Text size.
- Use the slider to increase the text size, then click Apply.
Option 3: Adjust Font Size in Specific Apps
Some programs (like web browsers or Microsoft Office) have their own zoom settings:
- In most browsers, press Ctrl + Plus (+) to zoom in.
- In Microsoft Word, use the Zoom slider at the bottom right corner.
HP PCs - Change display settings, background image, icons, and screen saver (Windows 11) | HP® Suppo...
HP PCs - Accessibility options (Windows 10) | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

All solutions above doesn't help , all above doesn't help apps to be more clean and bigger , the letters like easeus todo back up , or if you make a right click for example on display adapter on device manager the window that appears is very very unreadable.
thanks for your answer , anyway....

First of all thanks a lot.
The solution is among in the middle of the situation.
About the dpi compatibility mode the apps works ok!
About scaling , generally for me scaling up is not an option as it would mess up some things , i think...
when scaling up , the ease us for example , with the settings for the dpi , when it starts the window of the program is like a broken puzzle you cannot work. The solution is in the middle , you must check the dpi with very low scaling.
ps. We need to increasing programs fonts not windows fonts .

@IOANNIS77, You're very welcome and thank you for the detailed feedback! You're absolutely right: finding the right balance between DPI settings and scaling is key, especially for older or non-DPI-aware apps like EaseUS Todo Backup.
Your approach, using DPI compatibility mode with low custom scaling, is a smart workaround that avoids the layout breakage caused by high scaling while still improving readability. This kind of fine-tuning is often necessary on high-resolution displays.
Warm regards,
