Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Go to HP Support Website:
- Open your browser and navigate to the HP Support website (or simple click on the link).
Navigate to the "Drivers & Downloads" Section:
- Once on your product page, click on the "Software and Drivers" tab.
Find HP PC Hardware Diagnostics:
- In the "Software" section, search for "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows". This is the diagnostic tool for running tests on your hardware.
Download and Install:
- If an update is available, click on "Download" and follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest version of the diagnostic software.
Download UEFI Diagnostics:
- Additionally, if you'd like to run hardware diagnostics from outside of Windows (using UEFI), locate and download HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI from the same page.
