HP 14db-0003-na Chromebook "Device Not Compatible with this version" in play store for Powerdirector

I hope someone can help.

I have a chromebook HP 14db-0003-na and I want to use Powerdirect (video editing) app from play store but when it takes me to the play store it states "your device isn't compatible with this version" 

I contacted Cyberlink Powerdirector who advised "we checked the PowerDirector Android release console and found the model can't be found in the device lists so we have no way to enable it. It might be because HP didn't register the device on Play Store or Google didn't support it. You may contact HP" - Has anyone had this issue, raised it with HP or found a fix?

@swell1 I've checked the product specifications of your device: click here to confirm and I don't see PowerDirector being shipped along with the device for your model, if it was, it would have been listed under software, And since it's not on that list, I'm afraid the software is not compatible with the device or the OS, and I suggest you check with an alternate software instead.
