Dear HP Comunity,

 

I have a HP EliteBook and  the HP 2013 Slim docking station. I tryed to connect  two new IIYAMA XUB2492HSU-W1 to the docking station with two displayport cables. However I am unable to get it working even after days of trying everything I found on the internet related to this topic. 

 

I found information, that I should update the firmware of the Docking station. However this does not give me too much sense as one of the steps is to connect the Monitor to the Display port and Enable it. But how when that is the issue I am trying to resolve here with the firmware update?

 

I tried all Firmware versions I found on the internet:  SP75855, 100099.  None of them has however worked. 

I am getting a message "Can not find Synaptics MST DP hub IC" .

 

I have a fully up to date Notebook Bios + Display drivers and I also tried to install those again, just in case. 

 

Some users are reporting success but I could not really get out the final solution of the problem.
