Hello, i have a hp 920c pro webcam under windows 11, 25h2.

it shows the generic microsoft driver, where can i download the right driver?

I cannot find an HP webcam 920c, do you mean the Logitech C920 Pro Webcam?

Except for high end laptops, typically HP consumer laptops use generic microsoft windows  drivers.

 

What is your exact model or product ID?  I assume the problem is the webcam in your laptop.

If you mean the Logitech C920 Pro Webcam rather than an HP branded webcam, you should get the software from Logitech not HP
