To the HP Software team, Please update HP 3D Drive Guard software for the latest Windows 10 Fall Creator's Update.

Good Morning. I do see the link you posted. Before installing, would you know the steps to first uninstall the affected file? I was thinking you have to first uninstall it then install the new sp82228.exe. I don't remember the 3D DRIVERGUARD file name. Just to be sure.
FYI, after reviewing my last post, Windows updated from bold build 1708, to 1709 on my HP.
Thank You in advance for your reply. I have downloaded file sp82228.exe.

Hello Again.
I hope someone is reading this. I am aware of the Holidays and how it can be busy.
Since my orginal posting on 11/14/2017, I have been checking "HP SUPPORT ASSISTANCE" for any update for the "HP ACCELEROMETER". I have yet to a a new update driver as of 11/22/2017.
This is the actual error Message I received. """HP Accelerometer doesn't work on this version of Windows. An update app may be available""".
Adittional information that may be helpful.
Windows 10 Home, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.64 .
HP Pavilion Notebook DESKTOP-MR8CIC1 .
This all started when Windows upgraded from Build 1708, to Build 1709. Early in 2017 I had the same problem and was able to update the driver when my Windows was updated to 1708 early in 2017. Now the problem is back and I been waiting to resolve this.
FYI, Not related to "HP Accelerometer", Windows has update three tmes in two days on "Windows Defender" in relation to the Firewall. Windows is doing more harm than good for themselfs and there OEM manufacturs.
Please let me know if a new driver comes out for "HP Accelerometer".

Also see the link:
