Hi
I have just updated my HP Envy 17-n152sa ro Windows fall update, which on the whole has gone well... I have two issues now..
Although services states that HP 3D Guard is running the icon is missing from the taskbar, as is the HP coolsense which again is installed ..
If I go to control panel HP Coolsense is there but clicking on it I can get it to open but only until a restart.. HP 3D Guard is I go to program files and doub;e click the accelerometer application I do get the incomaptibility message even after updating as you state... BUT the srvice is running so it seems to be an icon issue
Any idea how to get the icons back? I have tried the update you state above, looked in icons to show and clicked yes but nothing seems to get the icons back..
I do not get any error messages and all software and drives for the accelerometer are installed OK..
