HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, on 15th of November i updated my laptop to MS Windows 10 version 1709 and since then I keep getting this "Compatibility Assistant" saying that "HP Accelerometer doesn't work on this version of Windows"

I've seen other threads that mentioned the same problem and are resolved by downloading a specific program.

My laptop is a HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook - T0Z19PA#UUF

Could anyone please tell me what to do or what to install?

Thank you!

If Softpaq 82228 didn't work for you like it did not for most, try the more recent update to 3D DriveGuard, Softpaq 82755:

Presuming the install of Softpaq 82755 goes well, reboot one or two times to make sure it is settled-in with no apparent conflict. Then, mark this as a solution.

Many owners are reporting this issue. At the moment, there seems to be no real solution. What works for some seems to totally fail for others. HP is aware of the isuue and looking into it.

In the meantime, you can try the latest driver released in Oct:
