HP Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It seems that the HP Accessory Center (HPAC) is the correct product to change the button assignments for an HP mouse.  The documentation page refers to an "HP Bluetooth Travel Mouse" but only as an example...

"HP Accessory Center (HPAC) is a specialized application that allows you to manage and customize supported HP Bluetooth devices, such as the HP Bluetooth Travel Mouse."

This application does not recognize my HP Spectre 700 mouse.

How does one change the button functions as demonstrated in the video on the HPAC support page?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  • Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Accessory Center?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

I have uninstalled the HP Accessory Center and rebooted, then reinstalled a fresh copy from the Microsoft Store.

No difference.
