Hi, I have 2 problems:
1. I uninstalled the HP Assistance Support and now I can't recover it; I tried with the latest version of it but it is not compatible with my Windows 10 64-bit 22H2  19045.

What version of HP Support Assistance do I need and were I can get it?
2. The sound of my laptop has some kind of vibration and I can't fix it because I do not have the HP Support Assistance 😞
Could you please help me?

Thanks and regards

Hi:

See if this version of the HPSA works for you:

9.7.525.0

sp123556.exe

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with any audio issues--especially since you didn't provide your notebook's model number or product number.

Hi Paul,

Thank you very much for your help, the HPSA version that you sent meg is working pretty well.  Bravo!!!

About the vibrating sound issue persists.  I send you the data of my laptop if you please want to check it for me:

You're very welcome.

The only suggestion I can offer if you have not done so already, would be to install the latest Realtek audio driver HP has from your notebook's support page:

I checked for updated drivers from the HP Pavilion 14-ba200 x360's support page hoping that model series would have newer drivers, but unfortunately, they are the same versions as the ones on your notebook's support page:

Hi again,

I did the download and installed the driver, the zoom persists ...

Windows installed some things for extended use, I do not know if it has something to do with the issues.   I am going to try with fixes in the HPSA and see what happen, if they do not resolve, I will come back here.  Does it is ok if we continue with this conversation or do you prefer that I open a new one? 🙂  Anyway, I will share you what happen.

One last please (I feel like I am keeping you just for me, I'm sorry if I do).  For Windows 10 Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.6456), Could I select one of this OS? :

I do really appreciate your support and patience.  Have a wonderful day!

Thanks and regards,

You're very welcome.

You can try any of the audio drivers on the support page.

Sometimes an older version of the driver may work better than the newest one.

If everything you try doesn't work, I recommend that you start a new discussion regarding the audio problem.

Not because you are taking too much of my time, but I don't have any other suggestions for you to try to fix the problem.

Good luck, and enjoy the rest of your day.

Cheers,

Paul
