HP Assistant UPDATE hangs at creating recovery point

This is first time using HP Assistant for update having the updates hangs at create restore point. All updates shown in HP Assistants are 

[SysCa]

This happens also in my company, but only if update the HP Support Assistant to the lastest version by Microsoft Store.

Each HP machine stucks on this step, and the Windows Restore Points are disabled by our policies.

If i remove the software and install a previous release it works.
