My HP Support Assistant is indicating that I have two updates...

When going to update these, I get this screen and that is where it stops.  It never gets past this point.

How am  I to get any updates if it can never create a restore point?  Is there a way around this?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer is to make sure that System Restore is turned on.

Turn On and Enable System Restore in Windows 11/10 (thewindowsclub.com)

If it already is, then a workaround would be that you can install the latest versions of the drivers the support assistant is referencing.

RTL8xxx Wi-Fi driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp139501-140000/sp139657.exe

HP connection optimizer:
