Hello, im plugging in my power cable but the battery only charges until 80%, i removed the cable and used all the battery until 0% then i let laptop cool down, plugged in the cable. now only charges until 52% and it doesnt show the (word charging or not charging) just the icon of the battery with cable in it meanning it is connected but not telling charging or not. also the % is not going more than 52. my battery is not removable. software is up to date and no updates available.
