My care pack for my HP Pavilion laptop ended last month. Since there were no repairs during this time, I submitted a care pack rebate claim at focus.crc@hp.com, along with a copy of the receipt. This was about 10 days ago, and I have not yet received any acknowledgement email that the care pack rebate claim has been received.
A reminder email to focus.crc@hp.com did not get a response either.
I have been given various numbers by HP support for follow up, but none of them work.

[personal info removed] - " I get a No route to Host" error
Does anyone have any idea on how to check the status of a care pack rebate submission ?
