I agree.....filing a complaint is the way to go.  I finally received an email on April 11, 2023 that my rebate check was on the way and the check arrived this week. Such a total s*$%show for sure. HP needs to get their act together and figure out a better system for their Care Pack guaranteed rebate program. I emailed my paperwork with the request on Dec. 7, 2022 and heard absolutely nothing even though I was emailing multiple times a month to find out the status of my request.

Did you ever receive your Hp Care Pack Rebate? If so when did you finally get it? I am having the same problem,.Started in December 2022 and still have not received as of yet ( 5/3/23). Many many tries but still at it! I will get justice on this case or will die trying! This is a principle issue now. Thanks in advance for your reply. Paul

Yes, I did receive the rebate check after submitting a BBB complaint. That was 2-3 weeks ago. And today I actually (finally) received a response from [content removed] which is the email address I originally sent the paperwork to back in December. So, maybe they are just now getting caught up with those emails.

good to hear you finally succeeded in getting the rebate you were due.. i sent a request to [content removed] in dec 2022 as well. no reply yet but you  have given me hope! thx for your reply  paul
