Product: HP Spectre 15-eb0000 x360 Convertible Laptop PC RCTO Base Model

On June 19, 2023, I submitted a rebate request for HP Care Pack Services, which was offered by HP at the time I purchased my Laptop. The rebate was offered under the condition that no service event occurred after the purchase date of the Care Pack. The request was sent to focus.crc@hp.com as instructed by HP. I sent a follow-up email on September 9, 2023 to focus.crc@hp.com asking about the status of my rebate. I have not received any response from HP and I can not find any way to determine the status of my rebate request.
