Hi Support Team I have received the 2 below emails.

Dear Customer,

On 2026-07-14 12:03:47, a product purchase date was provided during activation of product number "AD4L6ET" and product serial number Edited, against HP Care Pack serial numbers

Z9RW76R7NMLF2ZMX68RP

At that time you were asked to upload a proof of purchase document within 30 days, but unfortunately our records show that no proof of purchase document has been received, and so we have now had to update the HP Care Pack start and end dates using the original HP product warranty start date.

If you are satisfied for the original HP warranty dates to be used, then please arrange for the appropriate certificate to be re-printed or re-emailed

Should you require assistance in re-applying a product purchase date, please contact HP.

Thank you,
HP Care Pack Services Team

Hi  @doTERRA1

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the details of the emails.

I understand that you received notifications indicating that the proof of purchase document was not received within the required timeframe, and as a result, the Care Pack coverage dates were adjusted to align with the original HP warranty start date. I will be glad to help review the situation with you.

To better understand your case, could you kindly provide the following details?

  • The exact HP product model name
  • Have you attempted to upload the proof of purchase previously, and if so, did you receive any confirmation email?
  • Also kindly confirm whether have you contact hp support before with regards to this concern ?

As an initial step, you may also wish to verify the current warranty and Care Pack status using the HP Warranty Check tool:

HP Warranty Check - click here

Kindly check out this handy guide:  https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/ish_2534210-1364541-16  It's packed with steps to help you raise a warranty dispute.

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
