Hello I contact you because we are interested to use the "HP Client Security Suite" in my entreprise,
But I have  a problem which I don't find a solution.
By the way I am not sure to understand the aim of all options features and "addons" so any short explanation should be welcome.
In the "Sure Recover" 's menu I would like to "backup" an "image" of my computer to the HP server, telle me if I am wrong but I understood that its the aim of this feature, right ?
When I read the documentation it seems I meet all the requirements.
And I don't find anything about the "ERROR" (BiosInvalidCommand).

Thanks by advance,

Best regards,

P.S.

I forgot to include this link since you indicated that you were not able to find anything about the BIOSInvalidCommand:

However, the subsequent input you've received should be very helpful in resolving your issue.
