I was under the impression that HP would allow the cloud recovery tool to be used indefinitely, but I have discovered over the course of the last several months that hundreds of HP PC's that used to be supported by the cloud recovery tool no longer are.
I have checked various models, and it seems like HP is dropping support for the utility at the 5 years of age point.
If you want to reinstall W11, you will have to use the Microsoft media creation tool to make a bootable USB installation flash drive (2nd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
Windows 10:
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

I tried several codes from here and was unable to obtain a recovery
You will have to contact an agent to find the problem
your support pageSelect the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
Possibly a repair of windows 11 is what you need?

I think you are right at this
why i was trying to install to the factory settings because of the following issue I already posted.
Hello Everyone
This was my previous post
"My laptop's touchpad is having some issue which is beyond my comprehension.
It stops working suddenly, most of the time when laptop is turned on touchpad stops working, it starts working when I open the Synaptics app from start and reset the devices. It also stops working in the middle of some activity. Then it is required to repeat the same thing.
Things I have tried so far.
1. Updated drivers from device manager
2. Downloaded latest drivers from HP site
3. Updated Windows
4. Installed Windows updates
5. Installed windows to factory settings
Kindly help me fix this issue."
I tried doing everything support told me but of no use and then i installed the drivers of latest HP OMEN Model available and my touchpad started working.
It worker for few days and then again same.
Then i blocked the drivers for being update via Hardware id.
Still it faces the same issue.
Need help how to get it sorted once and for all.

I'm not very familiar with solving touchpad issues and the one you're having seems very complicated in that it works and then it doesn't.
I don't know how the driver versions are related.
For example, the latest driver on your notebook's support page is 19.5.10.68.
The driver on slightly newer 15-dc1000 model series' support page is 19.5.35.58 and is a couple of years newer than the one on your notebook's support page.

So, I don't know if the newer driver would work for your notebook or not.
