Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

When the Notebook HP G61- 454EE is booting up, its written on the left corner saying NO SERIAL NUMBER FOUND, 

i tried to install new OS but also cannot do that.

I tried to Change the BIOS Settings but settings not found on the BIOS tab.

 

Please assist me if my problem is clear from my explanation.

Sorry, but we are unable to do anything about this and HP no longer makes the DMI tool available.

For your problem you should talk with HP customer service. They will assist you better.
