Hi there!
I have an hp ENVY 15-ae105, I've been looking at the site to get the BIOS to reflash this laptop through a USB, the keyboard displays a two flash sequence in which it tells me the BIOS is corrupted. The problem is when I look at HP website there's nothing in there to allow me to get the BIOS?
The laptop turns on, the battery appears to be charging, the battery holds a charge, the CMOS battery does hold a charge as well. I attempted a hard reset of the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery and shorting the contacts to drain it of power but still, it remains flashing twice as if the BIOS is corrupted.
Here's a screenshot, normally it should allow you to select the operating system and such to open the driver and software repository in there but there's nothing.
I tried to look in other places such as https://ftp.hp.com/ from the browser but it also shows no response there.
I need some help getting this BIOS, I've tried to get in contact with HP live chat but it's such a hassle to even navigate to a conversation to get in contact with a real person.
There's no hard drive as it was an old HDD that was clicking before so I had to remove it, I plan to add an SSD either 2.5 or m2 but first I need to fix the BIOS for it to boot properly, I did some diagnosing and the components get warm from operation during turn on.

Hi Raj,
Thank you so much for answering. From what I can see this SoftPaq is not available on the program, please check the following:
Even after checking with every single Windows 10 version x64 in there it won't show up. Any ideas how to proceed?
Kind regards,
Neyib.
