HP Envy 13-aq0002na freezes after instaling BIOS F13

HP Recommended
Envy 13-aq0002na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop recently installed BIOS f13 sp 107612 sicne then my laptop randomly freezes with no error message, no blue screen, or warning, I don't see any pattern to why it freezes, sometimes its 3 times in an hour then it can go a whole hour.  the only way to get it to work is to power down and power back up again.

is this an issue with the BIOS version or a hardware failure?
