Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Any time I want to charge my laptop,  I have to completely shut it down. I have tried resetting the battery, I've been able to have the laptop work on ac power only,  but then I can't take my laptop anywhere without completely shutting it off and plugging it in at the new location. I have also tried replacing the battery and it still had the same problem.
