I've had the Bang and Olufsen Audio App and icon since upgrading to Windows 10. Suddenly, it is no longer there. I reinstalled the orginal HP driver and no luck. I have tried updating the Realtek software and still not there. Any help is appreciated. I have lost my EQ and so on.

Hi,
The only other suggestion I have would be to try the later version of this software on the link below.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80501-81000/sp80538.exe

Hi,
Try installing the Realtek software package on the following link - this should also provide the B&o gui.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73189.exe
When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.
