Unable to use the command center on my HP Envy laptop.
I received the message "HP discovered that a required component needs to be updated by our technology supplier. Until this update is deployed, this control function will be inaccessible. However, this issue will not affect other aspects of the ENVY 15."
This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Need help on how to fix this?

Hello Jayanth,
Honestly, I didn't install any specific updates, just had a windows update, went about doing that, and it was fixed. Not sure if it was because of the windows update or HP updated something at their end, but the command center is working now.

Hello Ameya,
Thanks for your answer.
Let me tell you that I have checked everthing and my HP Command Center version is the same as yours: 1.11.54.0
Regarding the Windows Version, where are you looking to get that 22635.2771 ni_release version?
Which is the exact model of your laptop? Mine is HP Envy 15-ep0008ns,
Thanks in advance,
Best regards

Hello Ameya,
There are 2 things that makes your computer different than mine:
- The processor, as your i7 is from the 11th generation where mine is from the 10th generation.
- The Windows version, as I am not subscribed to the Beta Channel of Windows update.
But if we think further, we can imagine that the problematic program, HP Command Center, being the same comparing your situation and mine, is somehow "looking" to some Windows/Hardware components and saying: "I will work" as is your case,
or "I won't work" that is my case.
Anyhow, it is HP responsability to take this fascist change out from the HP Command Center or at least teach to the users how to do it.
