Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys, need help with HP Command Center app.

 

The app was not on my HP commputer, so i downloaded it from MS Store, but the app is not working fo me, all of the 3 cooling mods are not working, the app can not even check the system specs.

 

All my drivers are up to date (HP Support assistant)

I have not heard HP Envy Command Center, what is its REAL NAME. I can't find it under Windows Store

Does it come from HP ?

It is available on the MS Store in Windows 10. I have it on my second PC, the HP Pavilion 17 and it works fine.
