Product: HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fe0000 (79J40AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone. I own an Envy x360 Laptop, which I bought last year. A few days ago, it started to freeze when trying to access My Documents or any other folder such as Downloads. Does anybody know what could be the problem and how to fix it? I couldn't find anything wrong.

Please check its storage (SSD) first. Could be full or damage.
