Refresh your browser, the whole AMI BIOS thread is gone.

F13 (and earlier) to F20/F10 are not there on both pages/models.

BIOS section used to be 3 prong, now is down to 2.

Wow mines down to 03 and 08                 15M-BQ121DX

HP really trying to fix all this or more likely screw it up even more?

Same with mine Envy x360-15bq101na https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-15-bq100-x360-convertible-pc/16851053/model...

Probably another mistake.

I have an Envy x360 15m-bq121dx and I don't see the latest BIOS versions either.

I think they just said f*** it, we'll start from scratch", but I have learned my lesson and will not immediately upgrade to the latest version unless others try them first lol (F.19 plus force-installed desktop Vega 8 drivers are working wonderfully for me).

I really wish they would finally start communicating with the community.

Its not just that they constantly make a huge mess, but that they neither admit it nor give us any information on how they intend to fix this.

And now suddenly most of the bios revisions are gone and STILL no answers.

Gee wouldn't it be nice if tweedledum HP and Tweedledumer AMD got their act together and gave us a REAL BIOS and REAL DRIVERS........

For bq100 cto https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-15-bq100-x360-convertible-pc/16851053/model...

HP list two BIOS

F.03 Rev.A, Release date: Nov 27, 2018

F.08 Rev.A, Release date: Apr 4, 2018

F.10, F.20 and F.19 BIOS files are removed.

My bq100cto is running with F.19 BIOS and 19.1.1 WHQL (forced install method), tested with 32 inch LG 4K HDR Freesync monitor and 4K HDR videos. HP should create a new baseline configuration with  F.19 BIOS and Adrenalin 19.1.1 WHQL for year 2017 Ryzen laptops.

Specs: HP Envy x360 15z bq-100-CTO with Ryzen 5 2500U, 16GB RAM, 512 GB NVMe M2 SSD, 1TB 7200 RPM HDD.

Well, It's already a proven fact that F19 works provided new and still unsupported drivers are installed.

I don't believe F19 came out of nowhere, there must have been a green light from AMD to reconfigure graphics in BIOS.

That was definitely, IMO, initiated by AMD. They decide about the CPU environment and new releases of 2500U laptops prove that. Problem is HP did that only partially, they released the BIOS and ignored the drivers which were freely available from AMD at that time. This created unbelievable mess where working laptops stopped functioning overnight and nobody at HP reacted or followed up issues F19 BIOS created.

They took the BIOSes down probably because the mess was too much for them to handle. Imagine an average user trying to figure out what happened.

The possibility is they will either release matching BIOS-display drivers pairs to show clearly what goes with what

OR

they allow new BIOS config. (like F19) be still available, anew, and provide the drivers, which are available from HP, but not for HP Envy x360 (as it was pointed out in this thread). I hope it's the latter.

How's this possible that Dec. drivers are available for one HP 2500U Ryzen laptop and totally ignored for Envy, 1 year old laptop, like they never existed? Unacceptable.

Going to F20 BIOS is a downgrade to already obsolete F17-655.1 driver configuration, so if HP chooses to stand on 655.1 driver this would be a slap in the face, especially that we already know F19 works OK with new drivers, and work significantly better then the old ones.

Since some, for lack of the better option, "upgraded" to F20 (=old, renamed F17 BIOS) HP should uniformly upgrade all laptops with yet another unifying BIOS and recent AMD drivers and clear out the confusion, once and for all.

Something's obviously cooking but STILL not a single word from HP... appaling.
