sorry couldn't get link to work here is latest bs sent to me
Thank you for this feedback. This occurs because the BIOS only works with HP certified AMD graphic drivers. The graphics driver should be either downloaded from HP's support web site, HP Support Assistant or from Windows Update.
To resolve this issue you will need to install the latest graphics driver from Windows Update.

I am dealing with HP Support or really lack of support. I just got informed that you can roll back the Bios.. which we know doesn't work. Guy explains all this. I politely explaned to him no you CANNOT. What a stupid comapny we are dealing with....

My computer came back from repair very quickly. However:
- They lost my power supply
- The only operation done was the reinstallation of the O/S
So it is still not working with newest drivers. I am dealing again right now with assistance, at least to get back my power supply. I will NEVER, EVER buy again an HP product. I have spent 800€ for this product and it is not worth half the money.

Out of country service is always a challenge. Your case proves it. Unfortunately you're not dealing with them directly, no access to service management makes it particularly tough.
Lunacy on every level, got to be persistent...

They will check with the service center if actually my power supply was provided along with the notebook, and then eventually send me another one.
The notebook will be sent once again for warranty repair next Tuesday. However I have not any hope, I think that they will just wipe the SSD again, and tell that with the initial setup it's working fine, without checking any video playing trouble with latest Windows software, nor the newest supported AMD drivers, even if I explicitly declared that the problem is strictly related to the newest software.
