Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Can you provide a screen shot of the error?  What is the issue?

I find it hard to believe this software is not compatible.  The requirements are as follows:

  • Operating system: Microsoft Windows 98 SE2 or higher.
  • Processor: Intel Celeron-based processor, with a frequency of 1.7 GHz or higher.
  • RAM: 256 Mb of RAM or more.
  • Storage: 50 Mb of free drive space.

The mouse starts moving out screen once you open an MT5 Software, I also noticed it on the Web Trader MT5.

I experienced this issue in 2020, I wasn't quite sure but after installing MT5 again and the exact same error occurs, I am sure there is a serious bug.

I would suggest you contact the maker of the software for help, since this issue seems to only appear when MT5 software is used.
