HP Firmware pack (Intel processors) update keeps FAILing. BIOS won't update.

HP Pavillion laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP has set to automatically update. Today, it tried to get the following update:

HP Firmware pack (intel processors) , soft paq # sp113079, Version F.12 (version A, March 26, 2021 dated), but it failed miserably each time my computer tried to restart to finish the update. I believe it's a BIOS update and it just won't update.

I reached to tech support chat, but after one hour the tech rep simply repeated exact same steps and said I must send my PC to them for a repair. He thought something is wrong with motherboard. But I had a feeling he just didn't know why my PC wouldn't update.

Does anyone here knows what is wrong and why I get "failed to update" error on this particular update?

I have exactly the same problem. My HP Pavilion laptop is new, the laptop is only 3 weeks old but i also get the message every time that the HP Firmware pack Bios update has failed. What can i do?

It doesn't seem like techs working for HP and servicing the warranty have any clue about troubleshooting. I have read on reditt that you would have to escalate/contact corporate office in the US to get any assistance. Judging by lack of response here, I think that's our only option.
