Hey bud @Moca0230,
Sorry to hear that you having shut down failure issues. Try checking in "Event Viewer" to see what is causing the issue and get back to me and I will try my best to help.
(Just type event viewer in search bar to find it.)

Hey, I've recently noticed that Win update "updates" the same version(HP Development Company L.P. - Keyboard - 11.1.9.1) over and over again with a interval of 2-3 months that makes the issue reaper.

All you have to do is go to "services" find "HP Hotkey UWP Service" and stopp and disable it in properties, then restart and you're all set once again.
