 a year and a half later,  I have the exact issues described in...

 

Solved: HP Hotkey UWP Service uses too much CPU - HP Support Community - 8910607

 

... Which was submitted 11/2023,  (in english) and marked as "solved"... by a solution in Spanish... However, this is NOT SOLVED!  I have to reboot a few times a week because I am prevented to restarting the service by my IT dept...  😞

 

 From my observations, the service takes up to 30% CPU.  But NEVER less than 5%!

 

Looking at taskmanager history shows the audioanalytics service has used 72 hours of total CPU time, compared to the second highest (system) which has used 5 hours.

 

That's a heavy burden for a service providing something as trivial as audio analytics.
