Hi,
I've been using the HP Image Assistant to update drivers during OSD in SCCM. Due to the unreliable nature of it (it was skipping display drivers etc) I only use it to update the BIOS however lately I've noticed it's stopped working. From reviewing the log the error is "Unable to extract files from softpaq". I can see the executable in the download folder as well as the extracted folder with all the files.
I'm unsure of what version I was originally using but I updated to 4.5.8.1 and it's still doing it.
I'd prefer not to scrap it entirely if I can help it, please assist. Laptops are 850 G6's and Windows 10 1909.
Many thanks,
David.

I think this can be closed, I changed the category from BIOS to All and now it's working.
