HP Inc. - HIDClass - 10/30/2018 12:00:00 AM - 2.1.8.1 -Error 0x800703e3

Pavilion P5P69EA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The above update delivered via Microsoft / Windows Update downloads but repeatedly fails to install.

Is HP issueing a fix urgently ??.... or how can i delete the downloaded file to stop it trying to install ?.
