I have exactly the same problem. Ironically it's on a new HP Spectre PC with out of the box setup so either McAfee as shipped by HP is blocking this or Microsoft firewall. Help please! (I'm having to use an iphone to get to the instantink site at the minute - another irony!)

Hi if I turn off Netguard that also works!

Do you know how they added the allowed URL - I don't see an option to do that
