I have a problem, using a brand new envy x360 amd ryzen, so I don't even know that this program do because I have never been able to use it, I have update the drivers.

 

Any other think to do?

You've mentioned it never worked, exactly what are you trying to use it for? please elaborate.

I have never been able to use the jumpstart it start to load and then it said "HP JumpStart has problem on our end"

@Massoglia The file seems to be corrupt, I recommend you uninstall it using the program & features window from the windows search, once done, if you wish to use the HP Jumpstart, please use this link (Click here) to access the HP Recovery manager and use the same to reinstall the application, follow the instructions on the link for more details.

@Massoglia You may want to uninstall the HP Jumpstart to get rid of the error messages as the one installed seems to be corrupt, that said, what you need to ask yourself is - do you really need the HP Jumpstart? It's only useful for basic PC users and you don't need its features if you know what you are doing on the device.

 

Did you get the McAfee antivirus and other applications registered? If yes, you don't need it, although, if you want it back, the only other way to get it back is by resetting windows: Click here for details
