Hi @Avvakum10,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • Have you already checked Windows Update or HP Support Assistant for available updates?

Troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Use HP Support Assistant
    • Open HP Support Assistant (preinstalled on most HP laptops).
    • Run a check for updates it will automatically detect your model and recommend the latest drivers.
  2. Check Windows Update
    • Go to Settings → Windows Update and install all available updates.
    • Microsoft often pushes driver updates through Windows Update.
  3. Download Drivers from HP Support
    • Visit https://support.hp.com/in-en
    • Enter your laptop’s model number and operating system (Windows 11).
    • Download the latest drivers for critical components like:
  • Chipset drivers (controls communication between hardware and Windows)
  • Graphics drivers (Intel, AMD, or NVIDIA depending on your laptop)
  • Audio drivers (Realtek or Bang & Olufsen, depending on model)
  • Network drivers (Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth)
  • Touchpad drivers (Synaptics or ELAN)
  • BIOS updates (if available, for stability and performance improvements)
  1. Prioritize Drivers Based on Issues
  • If you’re not experiencing problems, updating chipset, graphics, and network drivers is usually sufficient.

I hope this helps.
