HP Omen 15-ce031ng, OMEN Button not working.

My laptop has a dedicated OMEN button above the NUM-PAD, and i've been wondering, what is it for? Because for some reason it doesn't do anything.

it usually opens the Omen command hub or Omen command center.

I've read that it's supposed to do that, but for some reason i don't have any of that on my computer, and when i tried installing some it didnt work for some reason.
