Good Morning,
I am attempting to setup the Omen Command Center on my machine. While it is importing the games properly, when I try to setup the Rewards section, it responds with the following errors:
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the Microsoft Store, with the same error. The birthday is over 18 years old. I have tried multiple networks (mine and my in-laws) tried multiple connection types (wired/hardwired) and have tried logging in and out several times.
Sometimes it gives the "Unable to..." error, and sometimes it just gives the 500 error seen attached.
I've contacted Winfinite and Versus Systems with no luck (to this point, tho their response team has been friendly). They mentioned that they contacted HP support but have not heard back, and I'll be darned if I can find how to contact HP support other than through this forum.
I'd love to be able to utilize the rewards feature, but its...funky right now.
Anyone got any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issue setting the reward account on the Omen command center.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Based on the screenshots you have shared, it looks like the rewards server might be down and trying after sometime might fix this issue. However, I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
