Greetings, all,
I am unable to run the hardware diagnostics tool.

I tried to launch it from my PC - run as administrator - but get an error message (Windows cannot find ‘C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AD2F1837.HPPCHardwareDiagnosticsWindows_1.6.7.0...\HpHwDiag.exe’. make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again).

I uninstalled the application and tried to install again from the HP website but it does not even install properly. I saved the sp110352 file, ran it as administrator, saved to desktop, the setup wizard started, went to a command black screen, ran some sort of script..... and that's it. The app appears installed, but it still does not run.

Any suggestions and comments on the matter are much appreciated.

Thank you!

Nevermind, I worked it out. I was running it from a user profile - although through the "Run as administrator"option in the context menu. It worked when I ran it having logged in into the admin account.
